RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform mounts stand out due to our custom clamps, designed for all sizes, ensuring a seamless look on your bars or roll cage. There's no need for oversized clamps or spacers - we provide perfect-fit bar clamps for all major bar sizes, including protective spacers to prevent metal-on-metal contact and keep your bars pristine.

To choose the right mount, first determine your bar size. Although we offer universal bar clamps, most of our options are specifically designed for a certain bar diameter.

Note: Misjudging your bar size leads to unnecessary exchanges, which made up over 80% of our returns in the last quarter. To uphold our hassle-free exchange policy, kindly confirm your bar size before purchasing. Our support team can assist if you're unsure.

Remember to accurately measure your bars before purchasing. To avoid purchasing the incorrect bar clamp size, measure twice, buy once! Due to a high rate of customers buying the wrong clamp size, we've had to introduce a restocking fee to cover exchange costs, unless you've consulted our support staff.

Here's a Diameter to Circumference Chart to simplify your measurement:

  • Bar Size - 7/8" | Circumference 2-3/4"
  • Bar Size - 1" | Circumference 3-1/8"
  • Bar Size - 1.25" | Circumference 4"
  • Bar Size - 1.5" | Circumference 4-3/4"
  • Bar Size - 1.75" | Circumference 5-1/2"
  • Bar Size - 2" | Circumference 6-1/4"

Cut a paper strip matching the circumference above, and wrap it around your bar. We've rounded to the nearest 1/8" for easy home measurement.

Special Features:

  • Silicone Safety Tether: All mounts include a safety tether. Given the diverse designs of phones and cases, we recommend using the included safety sling.

  • Anti-Theft Knob: This unique knob features a "break-it-to-take-it" design. It provides full use without tools, and can't be removed without one. This feature assures that even if the knob at the ball and socket joint is not fully tightened, your mount will stay intact.

Easy to install, looks to be a quality materials. Only concern is whether phone will bounce out with nothing on the underneath side to the mount to hold the phone without using the provided rubber band phone holder. I have not yet been able to test it out riding at this time so my concerns might be unfounded

Wheelie and 130mph proof!

Love this thing! Rock solid with my s20 and speck phone case. Of course the vibration mount helps and doesn't move alot but the clamping design is solid as it gets! Easy to get it in out of the clamp and looks good on my road king kst 14" apes. Mounted it on the 1" clamp area down low. Like the title above says..... I test things hard and I approve! Thing is awesome even without the safety strap I couldn't figure out. Lol

By FAR the BEST Mount on the market.

I have purchased many mounts in the past in constant search of the best and most particle uses. This mount is complete. All machined parts. Chrome plating. The rubber grips are pressed into the mount, not glued. Strong springs for device retention. Mount actually look's like part of the bike.

Other mounts are clunky, and look like an addition, not an accessory. I used the "rubber sling" mounts which do not hold as they should. I've used magnetic mounts, which work well but looking down and taking eyes off the road can be dangerous.

PAY THE MONEY. You will not find a better mount.

I always like to wait until I have tested a product to give an honest review , it’s been around 2 months since I installed the mount on my bars and I have been on several rides and my phone hasn’t moved at all , I have the strap on the mount but have not needed it , the cradle holds the phone rock solid , I have told several fellow riders about your products !
