*Cradle buzz is a common issue on many current competitors' products and happened to some of our older discontinued products as well. These metal cradles have steel pins that run through them to support the internal compression springs. This metal on metal contact paired with some level of vibration in a vehicle or on a motorcycle could lead to an annoying buzzing sound. We've eliminated this issue on these cradle by "sleeving" the pins.
**Recommended Arm Length - The MAXX Cradle is designed with approximately twice the spring strength of our LITE cradle. For this reason when you mount a MAXX Cradle on an arm longer than 3.5" you can experience slippage at the ball joint while inserting and removing a phone with a single hand. If you are using this in an application that requires aggressive spring tension and requires an arm longer than 3.5" it's still possible. You will just have to use one hand to insert the phone while using your other hand to support the arm.
***Clip-In Grips - Traditionally, our previous generation phone cradle used double sided 3M tape to hold the grips onto the cradle, a method commonly used by other brands with similar looking holders. However, in high heat the double sided tape could come lose and the grips could peel away. Our Clip-In Grips solve that problem.

I already had a Voigt Moto Technik 25mm handlebar riser, and so the M8 bolts supplied were not long enough.
I purchased a M8 x 75mm to get the job done.
Using the bottom-left position on the handlebar clamp to secure the Riser Bolt Mount allows me to see the whole speedometer gauge (I'm 5'8").
I still need to ensure that the phone is held high enough so that the USB cable does not rub on the fuel tank.
The sling works as intended, but the bottom left and right "hooks" can make it difficult to use some app functions (such as the "back" arrow).
I do like the product very much.

Clamp style works great! Magnetic didn't hold up to dirt roads and potholes. Gonna get a middle mount for my mini Jesus.

I had the Tackform Magsafe phone holder prior to this, but it was not strong enough to hold my phone on bumpy roads. I went with the Enduro 20 Maxx, and now my phone stays in place no matter how big of a bump I hit. The clamp has just the right amount of tension to easily insert the phone, but still hold like nobody’s business.

When I began my search for a quality phone holder for my 80 series Land Cruiser, I believed I was going to buy another brand. My vehicle is a daily driven weekend adventure vehicle that required something that could confidently hold my phone in rugged terrain while also being easy enough to use for daily use. After looking over every option I could find, I ordered the parts needed from Tackform instead of the other company. There was a problem in shipping where my package was lost, and Tackform had a new shipment out the same day the package was found to be lost. Since I have mounted it and have been using it I have been very pleased with ease of operation as well as how well it holds while bouncing around off road.

I have a ‘15 BMW F800 that has some buzz from the twin cylinder so the vibration dampener really gives me protection from phone camera damage. It’s for real! The Mount installs easily and adjust with one screw. Highly recommend
