At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.

*Cradle buzz is a common issue on many current competitors products and happened to some of our older discontinued products as well. These metal cradles have steel pins that run through them to support the internal compression springs.. This metal on metal contact paired with some level of vibration in a vehicle or on a motorcycle could lead to an annoying buzzing sound. We've eliminated this issue on these cradle by "sleeving" the pins.

**Recommended Arm Length - The MAXX Cradle is designed with approximately twice the spring strength as our LITE cradle. For this reason when you mount a MAXX Cradle on a arm longer than 3.5" you can experience slipping at the ball joint while inserting and removing a cradle with a single hand. If you are in an environment that requires the aggressive spring tension but you need an arm longer than 3.5" it's definitely OK, you just make have to use one hand to insert the phone, and the other hand to hold the mounting arm in place. 

***Clip-In Grips - Traditionally our old phone cradles used double sided 3m tape to hold the grips onto the cradle, a method commonly used by other brands with similar looking holders. However, in high heat the double sided tape could come lose and the grips could peel away. Our Clip-In Grips solve that problem.

Secure and Easy Mount

Bought this mount to use on our Tracker EV IS. Sturdy and steady, clamped to the roll cage, this mount works out great for photo and video. Takes great cab selfies too. Will probably add a camera style mini tripod head be able to adjust phone camera framing on the fly. Just need to find a compatible product.

This is my second Tackform mount for a motorcycle (the original still works great, but I wanted the anti-vibration model). Very high quality, the aluminum finish is so much nicer than the plastic of RAM mounts, etc. Feels way more premium on the bike and is more compact. Mount works great!

This is my second tackform mount. Very happy with the function of the slide, the rubber grips on the armature that holds the phone, and the vibration dampening between the ball and the mount. Once my phone is in there, it's not coming out while I'm driving. And no fear when going off road of damaging the phone since the holder maintains a secure firm grip on the sides of the phone just as if it was in your hand.
