This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Vibration dampening means my phone is clear and steady, as if I were holding it. The mount was easy to install and position the phone where I wanted it. Charging cable was well long enough to route inconspicuously to a USB port for power. Love that my phone is charged when I get there

20 series adventure mount

First I’ll say this thing is well built. It secures the phone well. My only complaint is more specific to my personal setup than in the quality of the product. I use iPhone 13. Have a basic MagSafe case with an OhSnap (super thin, magnetic pop socket thing) on the case. The issue is with the rubber grips on top and bottom of cradle. They half the phone in a way that a gap is created between phone case and charging ring. I removed the rubbers and readjusted the cradle and fixed the gap. Charges great now. The other issue I ran into was there was a flat spot on the ball that mounts to handlebar. When installing the arm, the flat spot impeded my ability to mount to the angle I required. I removed the ball mount and placed in my lathe and removed the flat. This allowed for a more secure fit. Other than that, I am satisfied.

Love this motorcycle mount!

I bought this for my 2008 HD Road King and it fits like a glove! I was worried because there weren’t instructions how to instill but it was easier than I anticipated. My motorcycle shakes so bad but my phone in this mount doesn’t move at all! I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend! The only things I would change are the colors (chrome would be nice) and make the charger turns off with the bike.

great mount a must have

Have been taking this mount thru the paces and so far its held up to everything and haven't had a single issue at all with the charger mount. Love the complete custom setup it has for the fingers that hold the phone in place to make sure it sits where it needs to. I use a Samsung s23 ultra and it fits perfectly in the cradle. It's the only fast charger that I know of that is weather resistant not sure about proof just yet being haven't had it for winter time yet nor used it in a monsoon just yet but so far the rain hasn't affected it. Neither has the TN humid heat and direct sun beating down on the phone and charger causing a overheating issue which is a common issue with some of the other wireless chargers out on the market. The biggest thing for why I chose this mount is quality build of it being metal not some fragile hunk of plastic that in time will become brittle and break. The cost is also a huge plus for this mount being the cheapest I've ran across so far. If you're a content creator or just simply want to keep your phone recording video nonstop without killing the battery this is the mount. I have live streamed while using this mount in the middle of the day while sunny and hot and then raining without any issues. You really can't go wrong with buying this mount. Its a sound mount to keep your phone in place and to be it all keep your phone charged while your riding all day long.
