At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • In original condition

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

  • LOCKING UTV FRAME CLAMP - With safety in mind, we have designed this product with a fail proof all metal mounting clamp that safely and securely fastens to standard 1.75" tubing. Ideal for UTV and SxS frames, bars and cages. Also works well in race cars with roll cages and roll bars.

     

    ROCK SOLID ADJUSTABLE ARM - An all-aluminum arm equipped with dual omnidirectional locking ball joints allows you to adjust the phone at the perfect viewing angle. Arm length between ball joint centers is 2.75". No plastic parts means minimal vibration combined with a secure hold.

Solid construction

It is well built, however it is really tight on the rollbar, there is a gap where the screws tighten it. I am afraid that if I tighten it down, it will break.

Awesome Mount and Customer Service

A good friend of mine recommended this mount to me. He rolled his jeep VERY hard and fast when we were out riding one day and his phone was still in the mount and never moved! I was sold! I ordered mine and shipping got delayed and messed up (no fault of Tack Form!). Put to the test and out did it's self!

We used this on our Razor to hold the phone so we could use the off-road trail maps while riding. The phone didn't move at all, the mount held it steady while doing some serious 4-wheeling and rock climbing. The best part is, it's easy to remove the phone when you need to and put it back in when your ready to go again. We liked it so well on the way home we ordered another one for our 4 seat Razor.

Was worried about the quality. I was wrong.

I was worried about spending a little bit more money for a quality mount not knowing how it was going to perform. Especially since I had just bought another brand a week before for about half the price. It was junk and I couldn’t get it sturdy enough due to the ball being plastic so my footage was really shaky. Then later on after receiving my tackform mount. I was very impressed by the quality and how sturdy and solid it sits once it’s all snug. I highly recommend tackform mounts. I will buy more in the future.

Jeep roll bar mount

I used this mount for the interior roll bar on my Jeep which is 1.75” diameter. The clamp fit is perfect and stays put during heavy off-road use. Securing the phone in the holder and removing the phone from the holder are easy one handed operation. I highly recommend this mount.

Great phone holder for my race car

I use Harry's Lap Timer in my race car and like to be able to see my lap times on track. This mounted to my roll cage and holds very secure. Everything else I tried was just flimsy. Love it!
