At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

2 Power Connection Options: The Adventure phone cradle can be powered by either USB connection (USB charging cable included) or hardwired directly to your battery (SAE cable included). If you are utilizing a USB port for your power connection, please make sure it supports fast charging and has a 3A output. Most factory motorcycle USB ports do not meet this requirement so hardwiring to the battery is the preferred installation for motorcycles. When connecting to a motorcycle battery, please ensure the voltage remains under 16V.

IPX66 Rated: Products with an IP66 rating are waterproof and have been tested to withstand 26.4 gallons per minute of water flow, pressurized at 14.5 pounds per square inch (psi), from a distance of approximately 9.84 feet for a minimum of 3 minutes. They are safeguarded against complete dust penetration and impervious to high-pressure water jets from any angle. IP66 ratings denote the pinnacle of waterproof protection.

Clip-In Grips: Traditionally, our previous generation phone cradle utilized double-sided 3M tape to secure the grips onto the cradle, a method commonly employed by other brands with similar-looking holders. However, in high temperatures, the double-sided tape could loosen, causing the grips to peel away. Our Clip-In Grips address this issue.

Premium Materials: Real CNC Machined Aluminum. Glass Filled Resin Knob Molded over Stainless steel threaded inserts. Stainless Steel and Aluminum Internal supports.

Short Reach Conversion: All of our long reach motorcycle mounts can be converted to short reach if necessary. This kit includes additional mounting components that provide you with the flexibility to convert this platform to better suit any shorter length mounting applications.

Dual Socket Perfection: Although we have shorter arms available, the 3.5" metal arm provides solid support while minimizing vibration. Dual thumbscrews allow you to quickly loosen/tighten the ball and socket joints which allows for unlimited positioning. This arm will not break, bend, or boogie on you. It will stay right where you left it.

Color Swap Compatible: Tackform offers a wide range of anodized billet aluminum knobs. This DuraLock arm is compatible with Tackform's DuraLock knobs, allowing you to customize your setup to match your vehicle.

Tackform 20 Series: Specifically designed for compatibility with Tackform’s 20 Series Platform, revolving around the 20mm ball and socket system. While compatible with other 20mm products, our parts stand out for their tested durability and engineered load capacities, featuring a safety factor not guaranteed by other manufacturers. This mount is solid have ran it now for 2 weeks and love it. I was surprised by the quality and attention to detail of it. Pretty simple to wire and love the on and off button. Phone charges with zero issues. Your phone is important in case of emergency and a dead battery won't help you if you ever need it. Recommended this mount to several friends. No need to buy a bunch of extra bullshit like competitors make you.

Fit is fine for perch mount and adventure phone mount is very solid. The magnetic charging system charges the phone quickly using the direct battery connection. Hoping that the dual balls will allow for the drink holder

Works great so for.

So far it has been great. It does shake a bit more than I would like on my bike, but so far I have not had any issues with the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S24 plus. I really like the charging feature. It's definitely an added bonus. Time will tell if I made the right choice!
