Ground Shipping (USPS / FedEx Ground & Home Delivery): Ground orders typically ship the same or next business day unless otherwise noted on the product page.

TACKFORM 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Tackform, we stand behind the quality of our products. Items purchased directly from Tackform.com may be returned within 30 days of the original order date, subject to the eligibility requirements below. 

To begin your return, please email support@tackform.com with your original order number and let us know which items on your order you would like to return. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Initiated within 30 days of the original order date

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original components, hardware, accessories, and packaging

  • Purchased directly from Tackform.com

Items that are used, damaged, installed, modified, missing components, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resellable condition may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible domestic returns, and the label cost will be deducted from the final refund.

RESTOCKING FEES

Unused, uninstalled, complete returns in original packaging are not subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item requires repackaging, cleaning, replacement packaging, replacement hardware, or additional inspection.

In rare cases, if a returned item is damaged, heavily used, incomplete, altered, or beyond reasonable cleaning or repair, it may not be eligible for a refund. If that happens, our team can return the item to you at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly marked on the product page

  • Custom, modified, or special-order products

TACKFORM LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty is limited to Tackform product that were purchased directly from Tackform or a Tackform authorized reseller. This warranty is limited only to Tackform mounts and Tackform components. This does not include any device or devices attached or mounted to a Tackform mount. This includes but is not limited to your phone, GPS, tablet or other devices. This warranty does not cover any part that has been modified or used in any manner other than which it was intended.

The Tackform warranty does not cover any part or product that has been abused, misused, has been subject to temperatures beyond ordinary weather conditions. If the defective part or product has been discontinued, we will suggest a suitable alternative. If an alternative is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:

  • Metal Parts - Lifetime Warranty
  • Plastic or ABS Parts - 3 Year Warranty
  • Electronics - 1 Year Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Repair or replacement of this product, as provided herein, is your exclusive remedy. Tackform shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenues, lost profits, loss of use of software, loss of recovery of data, rental of replacement equipment, downtime, damage to property, and third-party claims, arising out of any theory of recovery, including warranty, contract, statutory or tort. Notwithstanding the term of any limited warranty or any warranty implied by law, or in the event that any limited warranty fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Tackform’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of this product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and province to province..

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.

How To Make A Lifetime Warranty Claim:

  1. Take a Digital Photo - Make sure that the mount and the broken or defective section are clearly visible.*
  2. To the best of your ability please explain how and when the product failed.
  3. Provide proof or purchase – Examples of proofs of purchase include but are not limited to your order number from our website, your Amazon order number, or receipt from retail location.*

*Notes:

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over the lifetime of the product. There are no upgrades; only defective components will be replaced.

Upgrade your Jeep Wrangler JL (2024+), Gladiator JT (2024+), and Wrangler 4xe (2024+) with the most rugged and dependable grab handle 6 Gang Auxbeam Switch Panel Holder setup on the market. Engineered to meet the demands of both on-and off-road drivers, each ALL-METAL Jeep grab handle mount is built from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined for enhanced strength and durability. Using laser scanning technology, our grab handle mounts are precisely designed to index perfectly with your factory grab handle, while the hardcoat anodized finish provides an OEM look and feel, seamlessly blending with your vehicle's interior.

COMPATIBLE WITH AUXBEAM
Our auxbeam switch panel controller mount with a 20mm ball fully replaces your switch panel's factory bracket, giving you the flexibility to mount your switch panel with various arms and bases to suit your specific application. The bracket provides multiple Type-B connection points for mounting your 20mm ball, giving you options for center, left-offset, or right-offset mounting of your switch panel. Compatible with Auxbeam.

EASY INSTALL - DRIVER OR PASSENGER SIDE
Designed for simplicity, our mount ensures a hassle-free installation with no modifications to your factory A-Pillar grab handle. All necessary hardware is included, so you'll be up and running in no time. The mount can be installed on either the upper or lower portion of your grab handle and is compatible with both front driver and passenger side grab handles. PLEASE NOTE: Not compatible with REAR grab handles.

DUAL SOCKET PERFECTION
Although we have shorter arms available, the 3.5" metal arm provides solid support while minimizing vibration. Dual thumbscrews allow you to quickly loosen/tighten the ball and socket joints which allows for unlimited positioning.

COLOR ACCENT KIT
Each grab handle mount kit includes our sleek black accent kit by default, allowing you the flexibility to match various color schemes in your vehicles. For kits purchased in a color other than black, simply install the included color accent kit by swapping the black knobs for the machined aluminum knobs in your selected color.

Purchased the new Midland MXT 295 Pro. I was debating where I wanted to mount it on my 26 Jeep JL. The grab handle was the best place. Super easy install. Since it looked so good I had to get a second one for the passenger side. Now my spotter has a place to put their radio!

It's good, but not great

It does what it is supposed to, but the black coating is weak at best. Moving the arm extension around reveals marks on the ball joint. The metal seems quality but the paint is sub-par. For $80, it's not a great value. I'd look elsewhere first or at a different product within Tackform.
